I was very apprehensive about having a coil fitted, she was so knowledgeable and put me at ease. The procedure was quick and not as bad as expected, I put this down to her professionalism. All my other Gynae questions were answered. I would highly recommend her.

Although the circumstances were very personal I felt comfortable and relaxed, had a bit of a giggle which made the experience far more 'enjoyable' (if that is the right adjective to use!).

I saw Miss Nandy for a colposcopy. Having had similiar appointments at other Trusts over a number of years, she was the first to offer me treatment options. The treatment information she provided was clear and understandable, as where answers to any questions I asked. The treatment she provided was pain-free and quickly completed. There was a calmness when I entered the treatment room, very much created by Miss Nandy and the nurse. Personable and quick to make you feel at ease, she took an interest in my career and made me feel as though I was a valued patient - not something I have always found.
